Kimberly Chavez – Our Customer Service Specialist. She has worked as a medical assistant in the medical industry for over six years. She is new to the Insurance Industry but has several years of experience in customer service. She is expanding her knowledge in the insurance industry and is here to assist clients with their needs. She has a proven track record of excellent service, and we are excited to have her on our team. 

During her time away from the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors. She spends time with her family, hiking, and exploring her beautiful home state of Nevada.
